    Founder & Chief Executive

    David has spent his advertising career working in operations roles across the spectrum of the digital media ecosystem. His experience on the publisher, ad-tech and agency sides brought a realization that the current digital advertising partner model required re-invention.

  • Ivan Fernandes

    Chief Strategy Officer

    Ivan combines broad cross-sector experience with 15+ years of service to clients in value creation, media planning, corporate and brand strategy, marketing operations, digital transformation and audience-first strategy.

  • Marc Friedman

    Chief Operating Officer

    Marc brings deep tactical expertise in all areas of digital marketing alongside the technical knowledge necessary to drive value for clients in both b2b and b2c. Having previously founded a successful Amazon agency.

  • Nikki Maoz

    Legal Counsel

    Nikki spent the first half of her 15+ year career as internal counsel for pioneering adtech companies both large and small, leading programmatic, ad serving, search and publishing transactions before forming her own practice. She now represents sophisticated clients navigating a myriad of media related challenges.

  • Denise Penagos

    Head of Communication

    Denise is passionate about mentoring the next generation of marketers and has spoken at universities and on panels to empower and inspire young women as they embark on their advertising and communications careers. She's worked out of major New York communications agencies including Ogilvy.

    As an Ad Age 40 under 40 selection. Vinny’s groundbreaking approach to marketing and addressable media is widely known. Currently he can be found leading technology & analytics at Hershey's.

  • Jay Altschuler

    Jay has a diverse media and marketing leadership background. Jay is currently the VP, Media Transformation at Petco. Previously Jay ran global Media for Samsung and prior to that he was at Unilever leading their overall digital and data transformations.

  • Melvin Wilson

    Melvin is the Founder of Solve Innovation Group, a boutique marketing consultancy. Previously he ran strategy and research at IPG’s global media think-tank, IPG Media Lab, advising startups, developing creative/research narratives and creating media products.

  • Kim Riedell

    For the past twenty years, Kim Riedell has been leading teams that create innovative solutions for the ad tech industry. She enjoys navigating the wild world of digital media to develop industry-leading technology platforms and solutions.
